Senior Full-Stack Engineer

The role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer who is comfortable across the whole stack: designing an API, writing the service behind it, building the interface on top of it and shipping it to production. You will take features from a rough requirement to a released, monitored piece of the product, and you will have real influence over architecture and technical direction. Our development process assumes active usage of AI agents(Claude Code, Codex etc.) while ensuring high quality of our production environment.

What you'll do

• Design, build and ship full-stack features from technical specification through to production release.
• Own the architecture of your area: data model, API contracts, service boundaries and failure modes.
• Write and maintain automated tests and keep the deployment pipeline healthy.
• Investigate production incidents, fix root causes and reduce recurring operational load.
• Work directly with product stakeholders: challenge requirements, estimate realistically and propose simpler alternatives.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering, with at least 2 years at a senior level or as technical owner of a product area.
• 3+ years with React and TypeScript: hooks and composition in modern React, typed API contracts, a mainstream data/state approach (TanStack Query, Redux Toolkit, Zustand), responsive CSS, forms and file uploads, and frontend performance work.
• 3+ years with one of the following backend environments: NodeJS/Python/.Net
• Strong SQL and hands-on PostgreSQL — schema design, indexing, migrations, transactions — plus Redis caching and object storage (S3 or GCS).
• Docker, one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP or Azure), and CI/CD pipelines with automated tests and safe rollbacks.
• Autonomy in a small team: clarify an ambiguous requirement, break it down, deliver it, review others’ code. English B2 or above.

Nice to have

• Experience of using AI in production
• Experience building ERP systems
• Cybersecurity (OWASP TOP 10, experience with SAST/DAST tools)
